Welcome to LuckyStart. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. At LuckyStart, we ask that you read this document carefully before registering an account, as it forms a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or playing on our platform, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

Who We Are

LuckyStart is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-893958, with its registered address in Province 03 of Cartago, County 07 of Oreamuno, Potrero Cerrado, North Side of Manuel Avila Camacho School, Costa Rica. We hold an e-gaming licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Should a dispute arise that we cannot resolve directly with you, we participate in alternative dispute resolution through EGIS (egis.io), operating under Tobique Gaming Commission regulations, reachable at disputes@egis-adr.com. Any unresolved disputes are settled by arbitration in Costa Rica.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with us, you must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding contract. We permit only one account per person, household, IP address and device. The official language of our website is English, and in the case of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English text prevails. We currently offer six locales: English, German, Italian, En-NZ, En-CA and En-AU.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Real-money play is prohibited for residents of a long list of countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada (Province of New Brunswick and Province of Ontario), China, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States, among others listed in our full compliance documentation. Players found in breach of these restrictions are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals. Players from Sweden are not eligible for any bonuses, promotions, VIP programmes or loyalty point exchanges. We also enforce specific provider restrictions, such as NetEnt being unavailable in several European markets and the United States, NYX being unavailable in Canada, and Microgaming being blocked in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Australia.

We strictly prohibit the use of VPNs or any other tools intended to bypass our geographic restrictions. If we detect such activity, we reserve the right to confiscate any winnings associated with the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our minimum deposit is EUR 20 or the equivalent in your account currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, MuchBetter, Neosurf, AstroPay Card, Jeton, iDebit, InstaDebit, Interac, Directa24, bank transfer, and crypto payments processed through CryptoProcessing and CoinsPaid, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT. Paysafe transactions are processed by Tronabriz Limited. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name, and we verify identity through Noda.

Our minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 20 or its equivalent. Withdrawals via Visa use Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard withdrawals use Payment Transfer; cards must be personal, not corporate, and issued in a supported country. We may, at our discretion, pay out through a method other than the one you requested. Please note that bank transfer payouts in USD are not available.

Withdrawal Limits

• Daily limit: EUR 1,000 or equivalent
• Weekly limit (rolling 7 days): EUR 4,000 or equivalent
• Monthly limit: EUR 15,000 or equivalent
• Wins above EUR 15,000 are paid in instalments, with no more than EUR 15,000 paid in any one month
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count towards these limits

Each deposit must be wagered three times before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at EUR 50 or the equivalent in your currency. Please be aware that intermediary banks may charge up to EUR 16 on bank transfers, and this fee is outside our control.

Verification and Processing Times

We keep withdrawal requests pending until verification is complete, which may include document checks and a live telephone call. If we cannot reach you by phone or e-mail within 45 days of your request, we lock the account and cancel the withdrawal. We require a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method, all in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise, we require video verification while you hold your ID. Once approved, we process withdrawals within 72 hours, though actual payout time depends on the method and your verification status. Bank transfers are processed within 3 business days, and refunds are processed within 5 to 7 banking days.

Bonuses and Promotions

At LuckyStart, we offer a Welcome Package of up to EUR 4,500 plus 300 free spins across four deposits, each requiring a minimum qualifying deposit and subject to 40x wagering on the bonus and free-spin winnings. The bonus duration is 7 days. We also run promotions such as Super Sunday free spins, the Fabulous Friday Reload, seasonal Halloween offers, tournaments and the monthly Golden LadyBug Lottery. All bonuses we offer are non-sticky, and only one bonus may be active at a time. The maximum cashout from any bonus is 10x the bonus amount. While wagering, the maximum bet is EUR 5 in slots or the equivalent in other currencies, and EUR 50 during real-money wagering in slots, EUR 100 in cards, roulette and lottery games. If your balance tied to a bonus falls to EUR 0.01 or less, we automatically cancel that bonus. Only slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; all other games contribute 0%.

Our Lucky LadyBug Loyalty Club

We reward real-money play on slots through our Lucky LadyBug Loyalty Club, awarding 1 status point and 1 redeemable comp point for every EUR 20 wagered (or equivalent). Redeemable points can be exchanged at a rate of 20 points to EUR 1 at every level, though the wagering requirement on converted funds varies by level, from x35 at Lucky Start through to x10 at Royalty. If your account remains inactive for 30 days or more, we drop it to level zero.
